For individuals living with IBD and/or IBS, digital health tools hold particular promise. These conditions can result in significant burdens, both for the individual and society at large. Participants will be asked to share their experiences using any type of digital health tool, such as mobile applications or web-based platforms, to manage their condition. The researchers will analyze the interview data using the Theoretical Domains Framework, a well-established model for understanding the determinants of behavior change.
