What we do

Mostly we teach Yoga

We also offer Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation and Relaxation classes.

In addition to classes we offer workshops in a wide range of wellbeing practices like Breathwork, Sound healing, Nutrition, Energetics and more.

We practice and teach Authentic yoga, by which we mean yoga in its traditional form, which includes breathing techniques and relaxation.

Whether you want to challenge yourself physically or indulge in complete relaxation we have a class on the timetable to suit your needs. Whichever class you choose you will leave on a natural high feeling better in body, mind and spirit.

  • Gentle classes

    Most of these are suitable for beginners

    • Restorative yoga

      Gentle stretching assisted by props and a safe guiding hand; ideal for recuperation from injury or simply deep relaxation.

    • Pregnancy Yoga

      Mums to be from thirteen weeks: breathing, stretching and postures in a nurturing, sharing environment.

    As part of the Mila commitment to fostering a healthy community we offer two special mental health classes weekly in association with the Oakleaf Charity.

FULL CLASSES

Class capacity is 21. For health and safety and insurance compliance we cannot make exceptions. Please do not drop in on the off-chance of a place if the class is shown as full on the timetable.

For classes with a waiting list students are automatically notified by email when a place becomes available.

CANCELLATIONS

BY US We will advise pre-booked students directly by email or text.

BY YOU Cancellation of a booking can be done up to 12 hours before the class start time. We do not issue refunds but your account will be credited with a class pass if you cancel in this time frame.

The Studio at Mila reserves the right to amend class times and prices, but will always provide fair warning in advance.
